Each system can be configured with a wide variety of interfaces and control options tailored to meet any recording requirement, while maintaining strict compliance with the IRIG-106 CH10 Standard.
Wideband Interface Boards
Wideband Systems’ Interface Boards (IFBs) offer a versatile and modular solution for integrating diverse signal types into Wideband recording systems. Designed for high-performance applications in space, missile, satellite, flight, test, lab, and launch environments, these IFBs ensure seamless data acquisition and playback across various signal formats. Wideband Systems offers 25+ different IFBs and is happy to work with your team to develop custom boards to meet specific telemetry needs.
Key IFB Offerings:
- 4 CH Analog / 4 CH Digital PCM IFB: Combines four analog and four digital PCM I/O channels, with user-configurable analog inputs to accommodate various voltage ranges.
- 12 CH Digital PCM IFB: Provides twelve digital PCM I/O channels, supporting both single-ended TTL and differential RS-422 configurations, with data rates up to 40 Mbps.
- 2 CH IF (70, 140, or 370 MHz) IFB: Supports two intermediate frequency channels with automatic gain control to maintain consistent 0 dBm signal levels, ideal for IF applications.
- 8 CH Ethernet IFB: Offers eight Ethernet I/O channels capable of recording all network traffic or filtered packets based on IP addresses, catering to network telemetry needs.
- 2 CH SD/HD Video & Audio IFB: Facilitates two separate SD and HD-SDI video/audio record/playback channels using MPEG-2 and H.264 compression standards.

The DRS9300X/DRS9300X-MB is a high-performance member of Wideband Systems’ industry-leading Digital Recording System (DRS) family. Optimized for the RF recording market, the DRS9300X/DRS9300X-MB delivers exceptional bandwidth and signal fidelity while maintaining full compliance with the IRIG-106 Chapter 10 standard.
This system supports an integrated RF/IF Interface Module, providing flexible support across a wide range of RF recording applications. It employs 16-bit A/D and D/A converters and includes over 80 dB of Automatic Gain Control. The reconstructed RF output can be configured to follow the input signal or maintain a fixed output level, depending on mission requirements.
With configurations offering storage from 6.0 to 24.0TB and a data rate of 10Gbps, the DRS9300X/DRS9300X-MB is uniquely qualified for the most demanding RF recording requirements. It supports coverage across the P Band, L Band, S Band, and C Band spectrums, delivering a tailored solution for advanced signal intelligence and analysis.
