Delta Information Systems, Inc., is looking for an FPGA Engineer with RF communications and DSP background to perform a variety of design and development tasks related to our telemetry products such as our telemetry RF receiver. Knowledge of digital modulations such as PCM/FM, SOQPSK, and FECs such as LDPC and Viterbi are desired.
This position is to be filled onsite in Horsham, PA. No employer visa sponsorship is available.
Principle Duties
Candidates will be responsible for design and debug of DSP/FPGA circuits related to Telemetry designs. This involves working with Marketing/Engineering departments to develop a specification, MATLAB modeling, schematic generation, FPGA simulation and design, overseeing the PCB design, board debug, troubleshooting and system integration.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in product development utilizing digital signal processing. Leser experience will be considered if experience is directly related to RF signal processing in receivers.
- Experience with FPGA, AD / DA converters
- FPGA Simulation and MATLAB experience
- Embedded C/C++, Qt software experience a plus
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment
- This position may require exposure to information, which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be “U.S. persons” within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
