General Overview

Delta Information Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to protect and secure critical systems, data, and intellectual property in a fast-paced Aerospace & Defense environment. This role is responsible for implementing and managing security controls, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory requirements, and defending against advanced cyber threats. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across teams to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information that supports our national security mission.

This position is to be filled onsite in Horsham, PA (other locations may be possible). No employer visa sponsorship is available.

Principle Duties

• Implement, monitor, and maintain security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, and SIEM platforms.
• Perform continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis of systems and networks.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, NIST 800-171, CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Champion the company’s certification to CMMC Level 2.
• Develop, document, and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
• Support Government and customer security audits, preparing evidence and remediation plans as required.
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, performing root-cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Program Management, and Security teams to embed cybersecurity best practices into operations and product development.
• Provide cybersecurity awareness training to employees with a focus on handling sensitive defense-related data.
• Stay current on emerging cyber threats, nation-state tactics, and evolving compliance regulations impacting aerospace and defense.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in information security, IT security operations, or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of NIST 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience developing, implementing and achieving CMMC compliance.
• Experience supporting DoD or government contracts with cybersecurity compliance needs.
• Hands-on experience with security infrastructure: SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and cloud environments (Microsoft Office 365, Deltek Costpoint).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Must be U.S. Citizens – this position will be working directly on a contract with the U.S. Government, which requires all employees performing these functions be U.S. Citizens. This position is contingent on the applicant providing proof of U.S. Citizenship.

Preferred

• Active security clearance (Secret or higher), or ability to obtain one.
• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, or GIAC.
• Experience with RMF (Risk Management Framework) and STIG compliance.
• Familiarity with secure software development, DevSecOps practices, or classified system security.

General Overview

TCS is looking for a highly motivated, organized, driven and collaborative Operations Manager to manage overall operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety. An experienced Operations Manager will ensure that all operations are conducted safely and run smoothly.

This position is to be filled onsite in  Chatsworth, CA. No employer visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Directing purchasing, stockroom, planning, product integration & test, and delivery
• Assigning tasks and monitoring their completion
• Setting team schedules and deadlines
• Authoring and discussing employee’s performance appraisals
• Addressing employee performance and corrective action plans

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and equipment
• Good team leadership and training skills

General Overview

Telemetry & Communications Systems Inc. (TCS) is a growing engineering company seeking a motivated Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the flow of materials, components, and services necessary to meet the production and operational needs of the facility. This role requires strong organizational and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and send RFQs and drawings (DWGs) to qualified vendors.
• Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on production and inventory needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective procurement.
• Track current inventory levels, reorder points, and order quantities to support continuous production.
• Follow up with suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Expedite shortages or past-due orders to minimize production delays.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule inbound deliveries and seek cost-saving opportunities in freight.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice or PO discrepancies.
• Work closely with Supervisors and Engineers to address material or quality issues as they arise.
• Analyze short- and long-term production forecasts to maintain target inventory levels.
• Ensure the ERP system (Costpoint preferred) is updated with the latest delivery dates and purchase order details.
• Partner with operations and scheduling teams to ensure materials are available ahead of production needs.
• Maintain accurate time tracking in Costpoint for project cost management.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining an organized, efficient workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in support of department goals.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
• Experience: 5+ years of purchasing, supply chain, or materials management experience in a preferred manufacturing environment.
• Systems: Proficiency with ERP/MRP, accounting, or inventory systems; Costpoint experience strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to perform cost, quantity, and delivery analysis, including discounts, percentages, and pricing calculations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments and with vendors.
• Soft Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is to be filled onsite in  Chatsworth, CA.

Responsibilities

• Be able to read and understand schematics
• Set up Test Fixtures
• Create Test Systems for Electromechanical Systems
• Be able to perform RF Testing
• Create Electrical and System Designs with OrCad
• Be able to test PCB’s, servos, motors, and other electrical equipment
• Create and edit system manuals
• Use of Microsoft Office to Create Test Reports and Analysis of Data
• Be able to work with a small team and interact with customers professionally
• Be able to travel to work sites globally

Qualifications

• Must have a BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years of work experience in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with Oscilloscope
• Experience with Spectrum and Network Analyzers
• Proficiency with a multi-meter
• Experience with a Signal Generator
