Telemetry & Communications Systems, Inc. As the company continues to grow, TCS is looking to add a Quality & Inventory Control Specialist to the team.

This position is to be filled onsite in Chatsworth, CA. No employer visa sponsorship is available.

Job Overview

This is a hands-on role focused on inspection, inventory control, and quality assurance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that incoming materials, in-process work, and finished assemblies meet required specifications and quality standards. Working closely with internal teams and vendors, you’ll help resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support efficient production. Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming mechanical components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings
• Perform in-process and final inspections of assemblies
• Audit kits to verify correct parts and quantities prior to production
• Create and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and communicate with vendors
• Maintain RMA logs and support inventory control activities
• Interface with vendors to resolve quality issues and support delivery timelines
• Utilize MRP/ERP systems to track materials and inventory
• Document and photograph materials during packing
• Operate a forklift for material handling as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving inspection and inventory control
• Proficiency with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, GD&T)
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Experience working with vendors and resolving discrepancies
• Knowledge of ESD practices preferred
• IPC 610/615/620 certifications are a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position will be working directly on a contract with the U.S. Government which requires all employees performing these functions to be U.S. Citizens.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $33–$40 per hour (based on experience)

Delta Information Systems, Inc., is looking for an FPGA Engineer with RF communications and DSP background to perform a variety of design and development tasks related to our telemetry products such as our telemetry RF receiver. Knowledge of digital modulations such as PCM/FM, SOQPSK, and FECs such as LDPC and Viterbi are desired.

This position is to be filled onsite in Horsham, PA. No employer visa sponsorship is available.

Principle Duties

Candidates will be responsible for design and debug of DSP/FPGA circuits related to Telemetry designs. This involves working with Marketing/Engineering departments to develop a specification, MATLAB modeling, schematic generation, FPGA simulation and design, overseeing the PCB design, board debug, troubleshooting and system integration.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in product development utilizing digital signal processing. Leser experience will be considered if experience is directly related to RF signal processing in receivers.
• Experience with FPGA, AD / DA converters
• FPGA Simulation and MATLAB experience
• Embedded C/C++, Qt software experience a plus
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment
• This position may require exposure to information, which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be “U.S. persons” within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
