What to Expect
The AI in T&E Forum: Accelerate Testing in the Digital Age for AI Enabled Systems will be a 2 Part Series. (Separate Registration Requirements)
Part 1 March 26 is the Introduction of Challenges where Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will address their current and future problems when it comes to using AI in Test (limitations, requirements, policy, etc.). Seating is Limited. We will discuss the major challenges and opportunities in T&E when testing AI. Presenters from various Program Management Offices and PEOs, Test Agencies, and MRTFBs/Test Ranges will articulate the changes in policy, methodology, technology, and instrumentation. Panels will be led by SMEs from Office of Secretary of Defense, Director Operational Test and Evaluation (OSD DOT&E), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Secretary of Defense, Developmental Test, Evaluation and Assessment (OSD DTE&A), Range Commanders, and Test Resource Management Center (TRMC).
Part 2 July 16-18 will be Unveiling Scientific Breakthroughs and Cutting-edge Research and will be embedded in the Multi-Domain Operations Workshop (in Alexandria, Virginia). This follow-up to Part 1 will require a separate and full-workshop registration [typical workshop fees range from $695 – $895] and will give Industry and Academia an opportunity to present their responses to the issues and problems identified by the SME’s during the Technical Challenge Day. The theme of the MDO Workshop is: The MDO Continuum – Testing Experimentation and Training. The call for papers, pre-tutorials, sponsor, exhibit information and registration – coming soon.
